I'm not promoting things to others, so please just block if you're offended instead of reporting me. If you see something posted or not marked as sensitive that you feel should be removed or hidden in safe mode, please bring it to my attention. I do not want to share things that encourage, teach, or otherwise advance eating disorder behaviors and ideas. I'm dealing with several chronic health issues and at a point where I'm starting to become obsessed with my weight and food again. This is a safe place to vent, get support and advice, try to sort out my thoughts/feelings, and so forth.
I'm here to support others in the community also. Happy to talk to anyone. Ask box is always open. Message if you need someone to talk to, even if you think what you have to say is stupid. I love listening to people talk about their life and worries (and also giving advice if asked). Plus I'm just bored most of the time because I'm stuck on the couch, so new friends are welcomed! |
wow the chronic illness mood of watching your peers living their lives, having all the experiences you should be having, feeling like your own life is passing you by and all you can do is watch it run away with time- that mood never really gets any easier huh

Remember the time you thought you never could survive?
You did, and you can do it again.

you’ve put in so much work and it’s all coming together - i hope you can feel how much pride i have for you, and be able to be proud of yourself as well; you’ve done so well

It’s so important when you’ve grown up abused to learn how to love, and what value it has. Love is free, it is plentiful, and it is relentless. Tell your friends you love them. Tell a kind stranger you love them. Tell birds you love them. Abusive parents will destroy you and harden you. It takes time to soften yourself, and to understand that love exists everywhere and it is not something to be earned and fought for. Everyone deserves love.
